1. Service Satisfaction

At Salon Mira-Bella, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment.

We will do our best to resolve the issue by offering a complimentary adjustment or correction with the same stylist.

Please note: Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

2. Service Refunds

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for services rendered. Due to the nature of personal care services, all completed services are non-refundable.

3. Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety policies.

4. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Missed appointments and same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.

5. Prepaid Services & Packages

Prepaid services and gift certificates are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another client or used at a later date, unless otherwise stated.
